A Good week of training following some harsh workouts of Sunday’s squad training for some saw the return of The Ring, Once people step in side the Boxing ring as a beginner either to spar or to training Focus mitts they start to feel a sense of nervousness. This is good for you…….it takes you out of your comfort zone and most people don’t like it. This is why you do Martial Arts to take you out of your comfort zone, don’t be like the others.
