Tiny Tigers Programme for Ages 3 to 5 Years

Is your 3 to 5 year old ready to grow in confidence?

The early years are when children develop the habits, confidence and focus that shape everything that follows. If your child is shy, easily frustrated, or struggling to listen and follow instructions, you are not alone — and you are in the right place.

Our Tiny Tigers programme is specifically designed for children aged 3 to 5. It is not about fighting. It is about giving your child the best possible start.

What Tiny Tigers does for your child

In every 45-minute session, your child will develop the motor skills, balance, coordination and focus that underpin all future learning. Our programme uses structured games and movement activities built on martial arts principles — so children are learning real skills while having fun.

Parents tell us they notice changes quickly: a child who listens better at home, sits still for longer, and approaches new challenges without giving up. That is what Tiny Tigers builds.

What makes it work

Children wear a unique orange and black training suit, which gives them an immediate sense of belonging and identity. They earn stickers for good behaviour, effort and improvement — and when their scorebook is complete, they receive a black tiger stripe on their belt and a certificate. These small milestones matter to young children. They learn that effort gets rewarded.

Our instructors are carefully selected, enhanced DBS checked, and trained to work specifically with very young children. They know how to hold attention, how to manage energy, and how to make every child feel capable and included.

A safe, caring environment from day one

Parents are often invited to join in — making Tiny Tigers one of the few activities where you and your child progress together. Every session takes place in a structured, supervised environment where the welfare of your child comes first.

We have schools in Oldbury, Sedgley and Quinton across the West Midlands. Your child’s first lesson is free.
