Children can start from as young as 3 years old with our Tiny Tigers programme. We also offer Little Ninjas karate for ages 6 to 8, and Kids Kickboxing for ages 9 and above. There is no upper age limit for adult classes.

We teach Kickboxing and Karate. Our martial arts programme also incorporates elements of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, giving students a well-rounded foundation in both striking and grappling.

We have three schools in the West Midlands: our Oldbury headquarters at 1st Floor, Bradfield House, Popes Lane, Oldbury B69 4PA; our Sedgley academy at Unit 4, Holborn Centre, High Holborn, Sedgley DY3 1SR; and our Quinton school at Quinbourne Centre, Ridgacre Road, Quinton, Birmingham B32 2TW.

The time varies depending on the martial art and individual dedication. Our head instructor Wayne Stokes has over 44 years of martial arts experience and holds a 7th Degree Black Belt in Kickboxing and a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Karate.

For your first trial lesson, comfortable sports clothing is fine — tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt work well. We train barefoot on our matted surfaces. Once your child joins, we will advise on the appropriate uniform.

We offer both. Beginner classes focus on technique, pad work and non-contact drills. As students progress, light controlled contact is introduced safely — always age and ability appropriate.

Grading days are held every three months for beginner grades and every six months for advanced grades. Family and friends are always welcome to attend and celebrate achievements.

Absolutely. All three schools welcome complete beginners of all ages. No previous martial arts experience is needed — our instructors will bring you in at the right level.

Yes. Members of any School of Black Belts school are welcome to attend seminars and inter-school events at our Oldbury headquarters, giving you the chance to train alongside students from all our locations.
