Character Building and Martial Arts for Kids.
Character Building within Kids Martial Arts has always being a prime factor. It has always encouraged confidence building, integrity and humilty. At the opening of our tournament I made a statement that I believe we were in the business of building people. I want our students to standout in everyday life. We didn’t want them just to blend into the background. We want our students to constantly strive to be the best. If they fail at one thing , then do not just sulk about it. Get a plan, work harder and improve on your last results.
The Kids tournament showcased some great future stars.
The Kids tournament showed some great future stars. This was not just in the fighting but the strenghtening of character. Students experienced what it was like to stand in front of people and perform. Stepping on to the matt to fight for some people is a battle within its self. I totally guarantee that a child improves on this alone. The whole point of the day is to build the children. Our Instructors took a lot of time setting up the categories. Categories were based all on students confidence level , height and grade. The day was a great success. Many parents telephoned or sent messages saying how great the day was.
I would like to thank all the Instructors and everyone else involved in the smooth running of the day.
