The second part of our instructor development took place on Sunday and may I say it was a great how pleased I was with the turn out. It was great to see how the students have got in to the assistant instructor role and are now studying the teaching methods of our schools. This had to start off really “Basic” and they had to be reminded of how it was important to teach the basic movements first and not just teach how they potential instructors move. The next sessions will got deeper into our training methods so it is important to study the previous lesson as to not loose pace on the learning.
