Yesterday was a great day at Tony Davis’s Total Dojo in Milton Keynes, it paid host to Guru Bob Breen who taught an awesome seminar on Boxing Techniques & JKD applications. It shows that even after 34 years in the Martial Arts I can never get bored of learning. Bob showed some great skill in his techniques & deliverence that shows why he still is one of the great Martial Artists in the World. For me….a great day because I trainined along side My great friends Tony Davis & Justyn Billingham but I have the privillage of exchanging head shots with My fellow Miami Mentor Mick Tully for over 3 1/2 hours. I never looked at the clock once and it was constant training, this is how seminairs should be…….. a gathering of friends to train hard, learn some new cool stuff and leave happy. I thank Tony for organising the day and look forward to seeing everyone again soon.
